We will deal with your query outside of office hours the following working day and will have to await authorisation from your Landlord in order to send a contractor/engineer to your property. The more information you provide us within your report the quicker we will be able to rectify any issues.
As you input your issue the system will suggest whether this is deemed as an emergency. If it is then a telephone number for you to call outside of office hours will be provided. This emergency number can only provide advice and does not mean a contractor or engineer will be able to attend straight away. It will still be the following working day that we can have the issue looked at as we will need to speak to your Landlord. Your Landlord will have to give Jigsaw authroisation for any costs involved in property maintenance.
If you are experiencing a water leak at the property, please ensure you TURN OFF the stop tap/mains water supply to the property and try to contain the leak as much as possible and then complete the rest of this submission form.
